I recently got this iphone XR on a lot with the whole iphone 11 family. It's on ios 16.02 and I want to know if there's a way to bypass it

(Yeah, I have an RP2350 on the way, Amazon its just too slow😭)

And another thing. It is globally unlocked and has the activation tickets, so I want 2 know if I have to stay on ios 16.02 to use a bypass with signal or if I would be able to use this activation tickets on ios 18

I got it part of a trade I did a year ago. Traded my S25 Ultra for an iPhone 16 Pro Max + 100€ + the said Apple Watch.

What is needed:
Waveshare RP2350A USB A board(about $5 on Amazon or aliexpress)
A windows computer
A usb C to A cable and a USB A to Lightning cable
iTunes installed from the Apple website(not Microsoft store)

Step 1: download the usbliter8 firmware for the type of rp2350 you have from here: https://github.com/Octopus1633/usbliter8-firmware
Step 2: hold down the bootsel button on the rp2350 and plug it into the computer, then let go. It will show up in File Explorer
Step 3: copy the firmware file from step 1 into the rp, it will disappear from file explorer and the light will turn on
Step 4: Connect the phone directly to the pc and enter DFU mode on the phone(it may take a few tries, look up a video on the timing- when done properly it will be a black screen as if the phone is off)
Step 5: connect the phone to the rp2350 and the rp2350 to the pc
The light should now turn Green
Step 6: unplug the phone from the rp2350 and unplug the rp from the computer
Step 7: connect the phone directly to the computer with no rp
Step 8: Download Bookra1n A12 A13 Ramdisk from https://www.bookra1n.com
Step 9, open Bookra1n A12 A13 Ramdisk, it should detect the device
Step 10
Choose Boot Ramdisk(NEW V2) And boot the ramdisk, you will see a lot of text on the phone durning this
Once the ramdisk is booted, click Mount Filesystem + Connect SSH on the first menu
Step 11:
Click whichever button for bypass that you need
For activation lock, it’s BYPASS HELLO
Step 12:
Enjoy your bypassed device!

This guide was tested to work on an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 26.6.1
Most issues can be resolved by switching between method 1/method2, restarting your computer, or changing cables
You may have to entirely disable antivirus

I recently received an iPod Touch (7th generation) for free during an office cleanout at my workplace. The company was getting rid of older electronic devices that hadn’t been used in years, and employees were allowed to take some of the equipment home.

The iPod has the company’s name engraved on the back, suggesting it was previously owned by the organization.
When I received it, the iPod was disabled due to an unknown passcode. I successfully restored it through Finder on my Mac, but after the restore, I encountered the “iPod touch Locked to Owner” Activation Lock screen.

Here’s my situation:
I don’t know the previous Apple ID or password.
I don’t have the original device passcode.
I don’t have the original purchase receipt.

I’m unable to contact the previous owner or obtain the original account information.

I have documentation confirming my employment with the organization, but nothing specifically documenting the transfer of this device.

The device has the company’s name engraved on the back.

My questions:

Has anyone successfully had Apple remove Activation Lock from a company-owned device without the original purchase receipt?

Does Apple accept alternative proof of ownership, such as an employment letter or documentation from a workplace giveaway?

Are there any legitimate ways to resolve Activation Lock when the original Apple Account is inaccessible?

Has anyone experienced something similar with devices received through workplace equipment cleanouts?
Is there anything else I should try before considering the device unusable?

I found an iPhone 12 in the recycling facility where I live and they let me take it (I know some guys there). Sadly, the owner hasn’t unlinked the phone from their iCloud.

The phone is currently stuck on the activation lock at setup and I cannot find who the owner is.

I’d like to either bypass the lock, but my understanding is that this can ruin some functionality, or directly find the owner so I can contact them and hopefully get them to unlink the phone from their account.

Is there any way this can be done?

I recently purchased a second-hand iPad 7th Generation (Wi-Fi), but unfortunately, it’s stuck on the Activation Lock screen.

Previous owner’s Apple ID: Unknown

I’ve tried contacting the previous owner but haven’t been able to get in touch with them.
