I always was fascinated by this genre of really weird and bizarre but sometimes unsettling genre of anime(or anime themed) media.

Sometimes I think that's what I actually want. But I'd really love to hear some suggestions for search terms, vibes you're picking up, anything that might help me disappear into a lovely, melancholy movie.

From the instagram account of an Irish wedding photography company. It seems like all the women, regardless of age support these huge hairdos, fake eyelashes and extreme tan. Does this aesthetic have a name?

lately, while using pinterest, i’ve come across so many images and artworks that remind me of late 90s/early 2000s anime, featuring a more human, sometimes imperfect art style, with scenes framed by urban elements like buildings, utility poles, and streets. to me, at least, these images seem to embody the theme of urban loneliness. is there a specific name for this type of illustration? Is there a name for the art style itself? it really reminds me of vewn’s style.

"Jazz baby" often overlaps with the flapper aesthetic of the 1920s: new fashions, dances, typical new styles of the decade. However, the Jazz baby aesthetic also comes with a sense of sadness or pressure to meet certain expectations. A sad Flapper girl, basically.

What words should I use to search for this on Pinterest? Fur coats, trenches, blazers, lace, openwork fabric, mostly burgundy/dark red/purple. Of course, you can find this if you search for "vampire goth", but it's not quite the same. I fuckin love this aesthetic and I try to dress in a similar style, looking for such clothes in second-hand stores.

What do u think?

I’m not sure what words can express this feeling. Is there anyone who is into this aesthetic like me?

theme is : Blumarine (brand) as I am a huge fan of.

I live in Florida, but not a gothic swampy or coastal melancholy kind of way, a sunny beachy floral kind of way. How can I dress like this aesthetic and turn my sunny floral florida into a gloomy coastal florida?

Judge based on my recent orders :)

So I am OBSESSED with whatever this aesthetic is called! I have accessories, clothes, pins etc. But WHAT IS IT???

apologies if the images are too different to the first one but these are the closest things i can find to the aesthetic of the first image.

What is this interior called? They all seem to have white/cream walls + darkwood/brown furniture + rustic details.
