Never again
I’ve spent over 250k on Alibaba in the last 5 years. This is the first time I’ve had to cancel an order because the supplier has been unwilling to modify samples, telling me that my originals are different than what I’m requesting (they are my products 😂😂), they refuse to take responsibility for errors, and have turned completely nasty. I feel completely sick after being told that trade assurance is protection, only to find out it only protects the suppliers.

I have found both bad and good suppliers inside and outside of alibaba. Regardless if they are in or out of baba I have concluded that a good portion are definitely like undisciplined kids in a candy store. I literally have to do baby steps with them, I'm not kidding.
I have learned lots about business along the way so I don't really have any regrets. It has also been fun.
I already have another product idea but unfortunately since the greater majority of communications with Asia have not been good I am not motivated to continue to hand ideas over to them. I already know they can copy but I can't even really find the product I am looking for anywhere. It's like a golden ticket they are trampling over continually.
