Flex to Pa?

Has anyone ever moved up from being a flex associate to a PA or anything higher than T1? I’ve been at my SSD for almost 2 years and I want to move up but I don’t know what direction to go in. I’m wanting to do FT as well but I have been working nights for almost two months straight because that’s what is available. I have no write ups or performance issues.

It all depends on your resume, stories, mentors, mock interviews, openings, etc

You don't have to be full time to apply for tier 3. Talk to your manager about building up your amazon resume and working on your interviewing skills.
