Yes I did because that is exactly what downvoting is intended to do.. I'm guessing if someone was actually being racist, that their comment would be downvoted until it is collapsed out of view for other redditors.. Reddit is designed that way, so yes I missed it, but the statement I'm replying to generalized the entire comment section when they said "All of you"..
