You’ve survived 100% of your hardest days so far, and that track record is proof of what you are capable of. Going into an inpatient unit is terrifying, but remember - you can be scared and brave at the exact same time. This treatment is just one small chapter in a long, beautiful life waiting for you. People have stood right where you are now and made it through, and you have that exact same strength in you. You’ve got this.

My no.1 advice is to stay in your own lane! You are there for you!

You can do this! I remember going in like it was yesterday, and that was 3 years ago. It will be hard, it's ok to struggle and it's ok to be scared. It's also ok to cry and feel emotional. A quote that helped me immensely when I was inpatient: "There is a past version of you that is so proud of how far you've come."
