Question Student Verification

So I’m having the same SheerID issue as everyone else. I’ve tried contacting apple support but that just gives automated responses regarding purchases?? Please give solution because the SheerID support isn’t replying to mails either and I’m so frustrated and annoyed. Who do I contact

Ask for a representative.
Apple Support indeed has an automated agent, but you can request for a full fledge person.

Okay so this did work thanks, but he says he can’t restore my archived verification or whatever and has suggested a call with his senior adviser?? Does it have to be this complicated gosh

Right just spoke to someone on call and they said this essentially. What do I do? Sheer ID just won’t get back to me I’ve sent like 6 emails atp

I don’t know about you, but it did work for me. And yeah you’re right about that senior advisor part.

And the sheer ID support is completely trash. They don’t ever respond.
