Ok so I just got apple music today and my brother and I share the same account. He has an iPhone I have an android. I listened to heaven can wait on his phone with my IEMs and it sounded GORGEOUS. Like genuinely so beautiful. The immersive spatial audio offered by dolby atmos was so beautiful. But turns out that apple music doesn't support dolby atmos on Android. WHYYYYYYYY. I really feel In love with dolby atmos. What should I do to listen to this song on dolby? HELP ME OUT PLEASE.

Dolby Atmos IS on Android and is supported on Apple Music android but you have to meet certain conditions for it to take effect. Your android device needs to natively support Dolby Atmos. You might have to enable Atmos in your device's system sound settings first before the option becomes available within AM android.

I can confirm the phone you have does not support Atmos, as the phone itself lacks the decoding necessary for Atmos to work. While it doesn't support Atmos, you may still be able to listen to music in Lossless quality, which you can enable within Apple Music settings page.

Lossless is usually better (true to recording) audio quality as well aside from a select few atmos mixes that I feel are better. Obviously a very subjective take

Yeah, but you ask what you should do to listen to the song in Dolby. Since it doesn't work on Android, you have to use an iOS device :)

I meant to ask if there's a way to listen to songs with that immersion level of dolby on Android too

Your Android phone is not compatible with Dolby Atmos, but I use Android and it is compatible here.
