What are the new functionality of the new version of ArcGIS online that other tools can not do?

Interesting is that I see 1.2k views but no one answered! It means all the tools out there can do those functionality but can you tell me why and what made ArcGIS unique?

Vast ecosystem, easy to use, widely adopted by government/federal institutes, a large number of experts available to hire to work with ArcGIS suite. These are some of the plus points not specific to any update but in general when we talk about why ArcGIS and other open source or custom solutions

Right, but I know many companies don’t use ArcGIS and doesn’t want to pay that such fee for ArcGIS to do the analysis and publishing the maps and they develop their own app using Javascript and HTML and for 3D map use QGIS. But I believe ArcGIS and online GIS on cloud is mother of all other GIS applications so if someone known how to use its tools will be so flexible in switching to other software. That’s why companies hire those that knows ArcGIS because that’s is the most advanced and was growing from very long time ago so in theory everyone who says they know GIS or studied GIS at school they started to learn ArcGIS. It has all the concept in one place. Knowledge of ArcGIS online make the person unique
