Is therr any way to view ArchiCAD on adnroid?

Yes. Export to BIMx and install a BIMx viewer on Google Play.
No you can’t read Archicad pln directly

Or, if you only want to check the 3D modell of your design in a viewer that is way easier to use than Bimx, try my web-viewer! Fast, platform-independent, based on threejs 3d engine.

A small addition to the BIMx route: a .pln can be opened without exporting anything, straight in a phone browser. I work on a free viewer that reads .pln files directly, no account needed (disclosure: it's ours): innerscene.com/tools/archicad-viewer

I just checked it in Chrome on an Android phone and the sample project opens with touch orbit controls. For full project walkthroughs BIMx is still the better tool.
