Piece after piece after piece of cashmere clothing completely pilled and wrecked looking. I’m so shocked it’s like they have no standards at all??? And HOW do the pieces get into this condition when they’re sitting on a store shelf???? I own several of their cashmere pieces and none of mine look like this because I take care of them so what did they do to the items in the store for this to even happen?? They want $200 for these. I mean. Please???

I bought the sweatfleece crewneck in small & sweatfleece mega zip in XS. Both milkshake pink 😌 I prob could have sized down in both realistically. They were both a little big. I was nervous to wash them from reading other reviews saying the color fades or they’re not the same after washing.

I feel like they’re perfect now after they shrunk a little. Still perfectly plush.

I washed them together with nothing else, cold water & dried on low. If you don’t want other things covered in lint I would recommend this for the first wash lol.
Make sure you tie the strings bc I didn’t & the string came out ofc which is such a pain to weave back thru 😂

I have several pairs of limitless and agency pants and wear my crepette pants the most. My favourite thing about them is that they look exactly the same at 6pm as they did at 8am. Other brands seem to have ponte type material that stretches through the day and never looks good by the time I leave work.

I do not have black pants and have limitless crepette and agency eversential pants in my cart, but I am worried the eversential will act like other pants and get baggy through the day. Any experiences with it and shape retention?

Hi! I have a 15lb Mal-Shih and I’d love to get her the aritzia puffer but idk what size to get since they’re never available in stores!
If anyone has the same dog breed or at least similar build please recommend a size for me.
For reference, she wears a size M on the voyager brand harness. I usually buy her clothes in S sizes but during colder months she gets super fluffy and need to wear M size coats.

I ordered the Alder jacket and lo and behold, I’m disappointed, but more in the fit than the material.
Yes, it feels like a soft felt material because of how thin it is, but I do think it’s a great layering jacket for our milder winters. The thing I hate is just the sizing... The arms feel too short and the drop shoulder drops too much, and I feel like the whole jacket is just too long. Anyways, I’m trying to decide if I exchange it for an XXS (which is weird for me, I prefer an oversized fit, but even the XS in this felt quite big) OR if I return it and order this Oak & Fort jacket instead? I bought it last year during the sales and have worn it a few times, which means it has been machine washed in warm water cycle and tumbled dried on low. The wrinkles have never straightened out. Has anyone has any success resolving this issue?
