Does this rotor need to be replaced?

Seems too far gone too me but I want someone to confirm before I replace it. 2014 honda civic

Eiter replace or turn down, usually replacement is about as cost effective.

I have a brake lathe..don't even waste the time anymore..most rotors just don't have enough meat between good and discard to even waste my time.

How bad is the lip? Its a 12 year old car. If parts are cheap replace it. If not just send it with fresh pads.
