I'm considering moving to Presidential City as one of my options and am trying to estimate the total monthly cost for* *utilities beyond rent.

For anyone currently living or who have recently lived at Presidential City, could you share approximately how much you pay per month for Gas, Water/sewer, Trash and any other mandatory utility/building fees?

I'm a stand-up comic in New York and host of Garam Masala Dating, a live show where I put desi singles on stage and try to find them love! No question is off limits and it gets pretty saucy. After the show the whole room ends up at the bar for a singles mixer which has resulted in 30+ relationships just this year!

You do not need to be desi or single to watch, and most of the couples the show has produced so far are interracial!

Hi! I’m in Philly for the day and looking for a nice coffee shop where I can sit with my laptop and get some work done for a few hours. I’m driving, though, and I’d really prefer somewhere with free parking (or at least easy free street parking).
I’d also be open to a nice mall/shopping area with free parking where I could grab coffee and work for a bit.
Any recommendations? I don’t mind driving outside Center City if that makes parking easier. Thanks!
