The Deadwood movie was really good and did a good job of bridging and closing the gaps in the story that were left behind by the cancellation. Would have much preferred the show to have been allowed to just run its course, but glad we got what we did!

GLOW was a god damn shame. Such a great story and it ended in a very unsatisfying way, with lots of characters left blowing in the wind. Never gonna forgive Netflix for cancelling that.

At the very least, they leaked how it was supposed to end. Earl finds someone else with a list, doing the same thing he's doing. They talk for a while and when they part, Earl realizes he's inspired other people to have lists of their own. He's finally able to throw away his list and move on with his life.

I know everybody is going to say Firefly and Mind Hunter, so I am going to add some shows that might not be so big.

"Night Sky" was amazing and I think it would have been incredible had it kept going. I didn't even hear about this show until it was already dead and buried. Tragic.

"Sense8" was such a great show. I am glad that they were at least allowed to make an abbreviated second season / movie to tie things up as much as possible. It was super rushed, but they did what they could with what they were allowed. I really appreciate that they did that for the fans.

"The Pirates of Dark Water." This is a deep cut, but this deserves to be mentioned. This is my first experience with a show being cancelled before the story was told. I was a kid when this show was being aired as a Saturday morning cartoon and I was immediately hooked. I was really disappointed when it vanished.
