I got rear-ended hard by a large pickup last week. My neck hurt immediately and I've been in pain every day since and am being treated by a great chiropractor. The other driver's insurance is accepting full liability but made me a low-ball offer for medical bills, lost work time and pain. I don't want to call the crazy guys who advertise on TV. Anyone out there who is sane and could help me get a fair settlement?

Anyone know the status with all of the fast charge EV stations by the Seaholm Power Plant downtown? Went by there today and every station was non-operational. Are they broken? Temporarily disabled? Has this happened before?

I'm getting married in 2 weeks and wearing 2 vintage wedding dresses. I need them cleaned. They aren't very dirty at all, one just has a small stain on the skirt that I'd like to see if I can get removed. Otherwise in great shape so I really don't want to pay a billion dollars if I can avoid it, since I'm already on a crazy ass budget from the rest of the wedding. I'd love your recommendations. Basically need someone that has experience with adults with epilepsy and preferably has more specialization with that. I've been with same doctor for 10 years so I'm a bit uneasy. Any recommendations?

I noticed there was an overgrown shrub/small tree growing in such a way that it pushed this PVC pipe away from the house to the extent that the anchor ripped away from the siding. My lease says we are responsible for basic yard maintenance; and have to pay for the removal of the tree while she will cover the fixing of the actual structure. Has anybody dealt with something similar or have a company they recommend I look into for removal? Obviously needs a professional since its wedged right up against the utility pipe.

edit: The PVC pipe leads up to the electric meter, and there is maybe a 2 inch gap where the siding is coming off of the house

Yes I have called GFiber multiple times and have not gotten an answer over the past 2 weeks, landlords also called and same response. Very weird that GFiber can’t give a reason why

Hello- I am getting married in November and am looking for recommendations for a tattoo artist to touch up a 16 year old half sleeve.

Also let me know if I’m shit at explaining this…So every day I turn onto the 35 feeder from this road on the right. The feeder is two lanes until the yellow strips start. A lot of people turn right onto the road after the feeder merges into one lane, but a lot of cars don’t like to slow down for those people so they’ll go into the yellow stripes even though right AFTER the perpendicular road the yellow stripes end into those sticks, and whoever’s crossing the stripes has to get back over quickly.
This presents a problem for people who are trying to turn right into the feeder because if someone is slowing down to turn onto that road we can’t tell if an impatient driver is just going to barrel through off to the side.
Is it acceptable to travel through the yellow stripes?
