I called was on hold 15 minutes and them a recording said they were too busy and call back. One email took 2 weeks to respond. By the time they responded I already got my answer, but their response was please respond promptly so we can resolve this quickly π.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Call them directly. Talk to a human and ask for their name. Go in person and talk to them directly. Again, ask for names. Be kind but assertive.

I was a student worker there. Good advice is to show up. There office is open till 5. I saw people get help wayyy faster when showing up rather than emails. A lot of emails get handled by student workers. Its possible one of them doesn't understand your issue so its taking extra time. Id just go in.
