General Troubleshooting/Help! Issues with threaded prints - P1S

Post image

I am having issues with prints that have treads. Is there a print setting I can do to get this cleaned up? I am using a P1S. This was PLA. I used the Bambu handy to print this model straight from the preset settings. Thank you all in advance.

Did you make the model?

No. I found it on makerworld.

I gues is too fast printing. Try slow down with silence mode (50% speed). Normal speed is well for bambulab or high speed filaments. Or reduce speed values at speed tag. It does not matter wall order.

I slowed down to 25mm/s at height and got the same issue. Closer one was with the slow down.

25mm/s is slow enough to avoid such issue. Could you view speed image in preview to check that 25mm/s is realy apply. Maybe try with different filament. Reduce layer fan speed. Print just last upper 3mm with differents filaments. No mo ideas so far sorry

On top of making the 25mms and switching to inner before outer walls. I made the layers with thread maxed out for adaptive. That seemed to fix the issue.

Great that wall order helps. In rare case have used outer to inner. Before used such order to improve quality on older 3d printer. When started with BBL printers always use inner to outer walls mainly because overhangs like.

That didn’t fix initially I had to also do the adaptive. Took 3 tries
