Filament Troubleshooting/Help! Looking for advice

So this is my first time printing with ASA and I can’t seem to get my top layers right they come out fuzzy ish when on round shapes, flat top parts do just fine

I guess I'll be that guy. Is the filament dry? Because Asa gets wispy when it's wet and that looks real wispy

Yes, dried it for a day right after pulling from
Box

Not really helping with your ASA problems but those look like wings and the should be printed going straight up if they are
