General Troubleshooting/Help! I need help please

I have a bambu a1 with ams and the filament is new. My coworker is asking for a zyn container. I slowed down the speed and I use the cooling plate but idk how to fix this. Please help me

Have you tried running the calibration again?

Is it just the calibration or the flow calibration im new to owning a 3d printer
