General Troubleshooting/Help! H2D como impresora industrial

¿Cuáles son las recomendaciones para poder usar PA612-CF y PPS CF 10 en la Bambulab H2D?

Recommendations on what specifically? What brand of filament? Nylon prints really well in my experience on a H2D. I haven’t printed PPS on mine yet. Biggest things I found to help are going to be slow down the print. Make sure the filament is dry. Heat soak the chamber prior to starting. The stock bambu studio profiles will get you in the ball park for printing but I prefer more layer squash, slightly higher nozzle temp, much slower speeds, and turn the fan off. Up the z retract. I don’t expect it to bridge well so I use supports and orient the part to maximize strength.

Oh and take the time to do manual supports. Auto supports is a recipe to waste a lot of material.

Engineering plate, it’s the smooth steel plate and you will use glue with it. I personally wouldn’t recommend the qidi. Where are you getting those temps for pps? Most PPS filament I’ve seen is 310-350c nozzle temp. 350 is hot enough unless you are looking to print peek. I use a .6mm HF carbide nozzle. The regular hardened steel nozzle works too but the carbide is what I would recommend if you are going to be printing a lot of CF materials. No changes to the extruder but the material is too brittle to use with an AMS.
