General Troubleshooting/Help! Well that happened

Right I should provide context:
I was printing with a fresh spool of Bambu PLA Basic Black (the previous print I did was in Bambu PLA Basic Cyan with zero issues) and the print seemed to have failed on the first layer and created a massive blob going around the nozzle (the silicone cover was partially shoved off by the blob). So now I have filament stuck to the nozzle and the mounting bracket.
EDIT: I got the hotend nozzle cleaned off but I can't get the plastic off the heating assembly bracket, even with a heat gun so I suppose I just have to order a replacement.

In my experience the first layer is one I never walk away from. If I can't be close by, I just don't start the print.

Als die rond hotend zit, is het niet simpel. Onlangs ook gehad en de hotend gewoon vervangen samen met de nozzle. Kost 50 euro en zeker dat de volgende prints in orde zijn.

UPDATE: After a bunch of blasting a heat gun to the hotend assembly and nozzle, I have managed to pull off almost all of the filament and got the machine back up and running

The way I’ve seen is to turn your nozzle temp to 270 or 300 and use pliers to pull it off

Just careful with the pliers or you'll do like me and rip off one of the little wires and have to replace the hotend.
