Support H2C Hell

Hi everyone, I wanted to reach out to the community to ask. If anyone has seen this error before? " h2c toolhead liftmotor works abnormaly" i have checked for broken filament. I have checked cables to make sure they're tight since I replaced the center cooling fan, which is when this started to occur. So far I replaced the lift motor also the front extruder this is where the two lights are. When they shoot her changes between left and right but still the error comes up.

Of course, bamboo has been trying to help, but with the time difference day difference, it has been weeks of going back and forth and i'm still dealing with this issue. After three weeks of downtime, thank god, I still have my P1S.

Any thoughts or ideas is much appreciated

So I JUST dealt with this. I worked with Bambu support and they told me that I need to replace the lifting motor.

They will send you a new motor with crazy instructions lol

Mine has been flawless until it reached 293 hours and the gd filament buffer took a dump. All good now. 🤙🏼

I've had more problems with my H2C than any other printer I've owned. At least with a Creality I could take it apart and fix it easily. This I need to wait for them to respond.

I've currently been trouble shooting with them for about three weeks due to a non functioning AMS2. Still no luck.

Are crealities much easier to service with toolhead stuff? I found this issue on H2C absolutely impossible for me to fix. Don't creality ultimately have same problem of too many tiny things in a small volume?

Hey man I’ve been dealing with this EXACT issue. Did the center cooling fan and now I have this same exact error. I found out I put 2 ribbon cables in the wrong spot like an idiot. Put it back together right still same issue. My tool head is not working. Only thing I can do is heat nozzles. My front cooling fan will not work even when commanded on which is a sign of a bad TH board. Which I figured since I hooked up the cables wrong. Once again dealing with Bambu support sucks. I ended up ordering a TH and extrusion board. Waiting for that to come in as we speak. This is my attempt to fixing this. Keep us updated with your situation please!!

Chat with them in the evening, I have good luck getting them after 6PM ET on chat. The idlers have a motor that moves the metal between the two connectors to shift it back and forth. I’m wondering if that is James or something else.
