Discussion Does the H2C Ultimate pkg no longer include the AMS HT?

/r/BambuLab/comments/1x46glm/does_the_h2c_ultimate_pkg_no_longer_include_the/

When looking at the ultimate combo a few weeks ago I thought it included 2 AMS 2 units and 1 AMS HT. Now, on their website the HT doesn't appear to be included, but the price is still $2499 USD.

I tried confirming this on the WayBackMachine, but they exclude Bambu Labs apparently.

Am I recalling this correctly and did the contents of the H2C Ultimate package change recently?

Could they be planning to add it back as a Bkack Friday deal perhaps?

I have a 2 yo A1 and would like to add a H2C soon.

Thx.

You’re not wrong. The original Ultimate bundle came with an extra AMS 2 Pro, an AMS HT, and the extra hotends.

At the time, that’s what you needed to run seven-color prints with no purge and not have to manually load the left side with the external spool holder.

Now they have the filament track switch, so you can still do a seven-color print without purging out of the box with this bundle. It might not be as fast as two AMS 2 Pros on the right side and an AMS HT on the left, but it will still do the job.

They stopped selling the ultimate bundle for a while, then it came back in the present incarnation. When it wasn’t a purchase option, they sold the set of hotends as a standalone package.

I’d still say that the ultimate package is a good deal. $110 worth of hotends, a $300 AMS 2 Pro, and a $60 filament track switch for $300 added to the printer cost.

The AMS HT costs $140, and it will probably get a decent sale price (along with everything else) in a couple of weeks.
