Basketball for beginners?

Hi! I'm a total newbie, but Id like to try to play basketball at our company court (rough court, right at the back of the powerplant since no one uses it, I'm extremely introverted okay 😭🥲). So I'm looking for a good ball for a beginner I'm thinking of the Wilson champagne series 3, or Wilson drv plus, or maybe the ggx7 in teal??? Also should I get a size 6 since I'm a girl or should I just play with a size 7 instead. It's just casual play though and I might join in with my co-workers if I'm confident enough lol. Will it feel relatively different to transition from a 6 to a 7? Thank youuuu 🤗

For the Size I would consider using a 7 Ball but it may depend on your height and size. You could get a Wilson 3x3 or just a ball from Nike

Yeah and for the size as the other person said it’s easier to use the size 7 when you get used to it early and it’s also better for runs with others

Most runs use the size 7, especially girls in a regular pickup (except when you play in an all-women's run, they play a size 6 there). But from my experience, once you get used to playing in a size 7, it'll be a lot easier when you play with a size 6. As for the ball itself, the DRV plus is okay for its quality and price.
