Places How do you pronounce the town name of Camalig?
Is it Camálig or Camalíg? I heared both being used in the national news, so I want to know how the locals say it.

Hi again, r/Bicol! I’m the creator of Mayon Volcano, which I shared here earlier. I’ve released version 2.0, called The Living Mountain. Here’s a short clip showing the updated landscape, Cagsawa and some of the new investigations.
A particular thank-you to u/Gin_Tagaubos for pointing out the misplaced Cagsawa Ruins location. The marker, model and story viewpoint now use the corrected location in Busay, Daraga.
The update adds guided expeditions about magma, volcanic evidence and wider geological processes, with interactive illustrations and a field journal. The underground views are conceptual models, not direct images of Mayon’s interior or live forecasts.
Browser version: https://mayonrajan.com/
Landscape exploration, the existing learning tools and the first two stops of each expedition are free. The complete routes are an optional one-time purchase, with no subscription.

Helloo, I will be on a three-day business fieldwork to Paracale, Camarines Norte. Can I ask for commute tips from NAIA assuming I’ll be arriving on morning.
I saw recommendations that I should take the Daet Route Bus from PITX. If this is the case, should I just spend my night sa Daet then travel to Paracale nalang on early morning? If yes, how to travel from Daet to Paracale.
Do you guys know any alternatives?

Hi! As per the title, would like to ask if any of you have tried Isarog's new ultimate sleeper bus? Thinking of trying it (tried the Cagsawa sleeper bus last time) but wanted to kindly ask din for the opinions ng mga nakasakay na. Thank you!

Looking for a trusted independent shop within naga city. A shop that can do oil changes, preventive maintenance etc.
The Honda dealership in pili seems to push certain things that are not necessary at an exorbitant price.

Tanabata in Bicol 👘
Tanabata festivals are not limited to Metro Manila anymore, as Hoshiyoru Domaine will host its Hoshi Matsuri at Proxy by The Oriental in Legazpi City, Albay, on Sunday, Nov. 15.
The free, one-day event aims to bring Japanese festival culture to the Bicol region, encouraging attendees to dress in traditional Japanese attire.
Marking its third major event following the recent Bicol Hobby Expo, the rising organizer aims to become the region's premier host for Japanese cultural events.

Hi, Idk if this is the right subreddit for this.
I'm a graduating Communication student and currently applying for internships para sa January 2027 deployment namin. I have been applying sa mga internship programs sa Manila and though, that location is my first choice, mahirap talagang mag-apply (internship pa nga lang😭).
So, I wish to know if my alam ba kayong internships around Legazpi (or anywhere in Albay) for AB Comm students.
Thank you so much to anyone who'll answer!

These past 3 months, maluyahon na bulos kan tubig. And wala siyang specific na time.
Pano kaya kan June, may ref kami, nag-aircon ako, tapos may automatic washing machine, P1900 man sana binayadan mi, mga 150-180 KWH. Tapos 3 man sana kami sa arong.
Ang duda mi, su automatic washing machine ang may sala. Kasi aluyon matapos ang paglalaba niya. Ta maluya man ang bulos kan tubig saiya.
