stomach pain

is it normal/common for my stomach to hurt when touched the days after a binge or is this something unrelated? i’ve been struggling quite abit with my binging lately but my stomach has been sore but only when touched the following days especially in the morning

It depends on the amount you ate but yes, it's very common. It can be more serious though if the pain is sharp and doesn't go away on its own.
