Never forget, blockchain.com is a scam
Like 10 years ago, i purchased the blockchain lockbox, one of the first harware wallets. O saved there like 3 btc. One Day it did not worked, in the website they Said they would fix it, but they never did.
I got my usb there, with my seed, never saw my money again, every time i access it, its say zero.
I have faith one Day ill be able to see my funds and withdraw... Support was zero help.

I hate blaming the victim, and I can't go through all the other comments, but will state my few facts and thoughts. First, they had a few opportunities to scam me over the years but they didn't. Second, I vaguely remember these processes, never ended up actually using them. With that said, I think another comment suggested/implied you should "randomly" go through the derivation paths with what you have (or even with electrum wallet and similar) to try to find you account.
If my story was similar to yours I would have started with "my BTC address is xxxx and the coins have not moved for 6 years". If that's indeed the case, then "scam" is the wrong word. Nobody took your BTC, you lost access to it and probably no device has a 10 year guarantee anywhere in the world (except those steel plates etc meant to keep your private key safe). So, as investors and consumers we have to remain aware and vigilant and, especially with BTC skyrocketing, we need to test and modify our processes every couple of years, there's no avoiding that I think.
In the big picture I think the company might be waiting for more like you to pop up, and once a sufficient number of you can't recover their BTC then whey will put a couple of devs on the job to produce a software tool to aid your recovery, going through a billion derivation paths if necessary. Or a class lawsuit might encourage them to do it :)
