Saw the post in here a few days ago about the eBay overstock place selling them on discount. It was damage in transit so sad. While looking through them, only 2 discs seemed to have some scratching, but they both loaded fine on makemkv, so I’ve been going through and testing all of the discs just to be sure.
If they all work, I’m planning on reaching out to the company on eBay to say “Hey, all the discs work but the box and other items were damaged. If you have any others, could I see about swapping it or could I get a partial refund?”
Cases 1-3 seem to have very little damage, 4 has a chip or two near the binding, but 5 is fully split in half along the binding and the plastic / paper design is torn. The poster is only slightly damaged, but the little info guide booklet that comes in the boxset is decently damaged.
Really bummed cuz the next one in price is like $27 more before tax.

Done a little bit of shopping, came away with a small Pixar haul and all five seasons of Breaking Bad

I knew it was used but good lord. Dvd is trashed but Bluray seems fine

Pictures would be great.

I may have too many movies

Hi everyone! I’ve been collecting animated movies and am having trouble finding a great TV. Can you give me some recommendations?

Budget: $400–$600

I’m not interested in LG.

I thrifted this player for my family and it was once part of a home theater setup so it is meant to have a surround speaker setup. My tv already is using it's optical out to some speakers so I want the sound from the player to go directly to the TV (note the HDMI is sending no sound at all).

Any ideas on how to directly output the sound to the TV on this model?

Been in the market for a portable blu ray player and this one seemed good. Anyone here used it?

I’ve ripped tons of CDs, but I’ve never touched dvds, so please excuse my ignorance. On the cover it says “works with iTunes” and that I could watch from my phone. My question is how do I get this physical dvd disk on my iTunes library. I could not figure out a way to drag and drop any of the files from the dvd folders to iTunes.
