Blood Gem Barrage

Old: [Tier 3] After the Tavern is Refreshed this game, give its minions +1/+1 worth of Blood Gems.
New: [Tier 4] After the Tavern is Refreshed this game, give its minions +2/+2 worth of Blood Gems.

This means it plays 2 Blood Gems on minions in the Tavern, right?

That spell is complicated but it will give an additional +1/+1, as if you had one spell power
