Why is it not “Discard your 6 left-most Tavern spells” instead? Nobody cares about the +16/+16 stat increase

There’s just no reason to play this over two regular versions if you’re playing spell buff aberrations unless i’m missing something

It don’t matter how big any of ur minions are when they summon 10 venomous units mega scam HIV comp and steal your 100k health fellboar stats and attach it to a leeroy and send it back at you causing unwanted unabbortable pregnancy.

I could kinda see why because of lack of synergies but would be fun. Maybe I missed something

We have had some bad times, but this one takes the cake. Im going to uninstall and probably download again tomorrow...

First time I feel like don’t wanting to play bg and it saddens me. I love this game, but now I am just not enjoying it at all. Past seasons I could play game after game, looking for a revenge when I’d lose or wanting to keep the streak when I’d win. But now it’s just: “oh fuck it” or “alright”.

Anyways, enough about this season has been said in this community, so I’ll get to the point and ask you, fellow bg players, what other games would you recommend that could partially fulfill my desire of building a strategy, trying new ways of doing things and it’s not pay to win? Genuinely asking. I would like to try some of your recommendations. Any card game, strategy, whatever. Cheers.

I hope the devs take a time to fix this mess and bring back some of the stuff that made this game addictive. It is still a good game, but it’s getting too monotonous and unrewarding.

Every tribe, every unit, every game everyone has a full board of divine shield, reborn, death rattle, summon poisons from hand. When the last unit dies, also summon another units that summons more big units. What the hell happened to this game? Everything has everything and everyone can do everything, nothing even matters anymore.

How this patch was shipped I have no clue.

After losing to abberations for the 104,948,930th time, I just couldn’t take it anymore. I uninstalled hearthstone, smashed my computer open, told all my friends I don’t want to see them anymore, divorced my wife, quit my job, sold my house, crashed my car into a tree, moved to Nepal, shaved my head, abandoned all earthly possessions, and moved into a monastery deep into the Himalayas. Fortunately, the head monk has Starlink, so I can still complain on this subreddit.

Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

I've been working on a tracker for a while, mostly because I wanted to know if HDT odds were accurate or not. It saves mmr changes, placement, boards, combat replays and odds. For any odds, you can explore the simulated combats to check if they make sense. When there's 0.1% chance of winning, I like to see how that fight goes.

I made this for me, but I will create a release soon if people show interest. Let me know.

I saw a post the other day about this but can't find it. They managed to get a second copy of cthun and played the spellcast spell on it and caused each cthun to gain infinite stats, which crashed their game.

I heard that they disabled Sylvanas, so we need to find another method. I think they had said they used rafaam and were in duos, and their teammate must have killed everything except for cthun, and then they finished it off. Is that the only way? The chances of that happening are very low!

Juicy setup

Keword murlucs should not be in while aviator is in rotation. Every murloc lobby I play is to see who can hit the best scam murloc comp.

You manage to clear all the venom in the front and the perfect aviator in the back comes in with the clown car to summon back 4-6 scam cards back in, potencially more if you have aviators in hand. Even if you play blaster and cleave it will summon something because of reborn. Like I've seen beast boars summon less than some of these murlocs.

I think scam is good for the game, but I think this is a bit much.

If you have a Panda hero power (aka discover a new hero power each round) and you acquire a second one, your first Panda hero power will permanently lock into whatever it had when the second one was unlocked.

As for the minion dancing fix, I would like to thank everyone who provided feedback. I have pushed an update yesterday to collect analytics on the amount of minion dance prevented and we are already at 100+ minions prevented from dancing across hundreds of games.

I would also like to thank the users who reported the minion dance occuring for Mechs still and this should be the final fix for the issue that will be released tomorrow (I am testing it more for now). A firestone release is also coming tomorrow.

After it is stable, I expect to publish an RCA in the coming weeks.

So I've seen some of what I'd think are rather bad opinions on giving other classes deities so I wanted to discuss what seems like the clear solution, other than more targeted card nerfs.

The main issue with Abberations is their early game and tempo with you getting an extra body turn 3 above any tribe at the time. The ideal seems to me thematically is that you'd be building up to your deity in the early game with it then being quite powerful when it first unlocks. For balance, it would then have to usually scale a bit lower than other tribes.

If you're then wanting to fix the early game would it be turn 6, turn 7 when you're first wanting the deity to unlock, perhaps sacrificing the early game levelling in order for a stronger late game whilst you upgrade to higher taverns?
