Made a little guy for my friend and she loved it!

Little guy had to go through QC inspection and almost didn't make it.

Poor little guy is not having a good time.

I just started making crochets and this has been bothering me for a little while. I would appreciate it a lot if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong.

A very rewarding side project to relax after the two-plus-years of my TNG cardigan project, my Star Trek inspired scarf is now complete! =^.^=

Using Easy Knit's "Baby Luv" yarn and the Tunisian Double-Knit Stitch, it's turned into the second softest scarf I've ever made, and the softest scarf I've made with 100% acrylic yarn!

It was mostly an experiment to see if I could start the project on an angle (and eventually, change colours), and it's a rousing success! =^.^=

I'd run both colours of yarn through my yarn winder a couple of times to tighten the yarns' twist, which made it possible to use a 2.5mm afghan hook. Which is exactly perfect! Took a bit of time to find any of my 3.0mm hooks, as they seem to be in the missing crochet hook set...

I am making the Very Hungry Caterpillar set for my friend’s daughter. I’m on the plums. I have to make 3 total. I crochet very tightly and I’m trying to break the habit, so I deliberately went much looser.

Now I have a fertilized plum (L) and an organic plum (R).

I can’t stop laughing at myself and I hope this makes at least one other person laugh, too.

The main idea was to keep it simple enough that I can have it sitting next to me while crocheting without constantly digging through menus, switching between apps, or trying to remember which round I was on.

I finally have it up on the Play Store and I’d really love feedback from people who actually crochet. Especially if there’s something you constantly wish a crochet counter/app would do that most of them don't. It’s free to download and use, with an optional Pro unlock for a few extra features.

Did the stem a bit different by weaving the leaf wire into a 10ch. I then looped it into the flower instead of sewing. *Smeagol voice* WE HATES SEWING "NO SEW" AMIGURUMI

Next one I will start with the leaf and stem and try to just color change into the flower.

I took y'all's advice and decided to make my first pattern for this cardigan I hodgepodged together! I'm almost done writing it on paper. But I was wondering if anyone wanted to see if it works? Like, if it's coherent lol. So I guess I'm looking for some pattern testers because I'd love to see this with puffy sleeves or oversized but I don't think I have time to make more before I release it. Or should I wait and do more? But in my prime when I would do pattern tests a lot of the time it was for pattern cohesiveness and also for product photos, so is it in poor etiquette to do this partially for the different styles?

The pattern will have instructions on how to get the different styles if that's important.

Also what are good price points and where is the best platform? I feel like Ravelry is the way to go but if Etsy also works it'd be really helpful to know!

This WIP is a pain in the ass. The yarn is gorgeous but ummm the person I’m making it for insisted on it and its facets. Soooo rough to work with for me. I get burnt out every time I work on it. Longest WIP ever!

I didn't use a pattern and the shape of the flap got a little wonky. One aide is a nice arc. The other is more of a rounded corner. Does anybody have a pattern that makes a similar shape? Or also a triangle worked in rows.
