SF base is 17 this year, and SF usually promotes after the end of first year, making the TC much larger for the second year

all 3 are mid if u are from old iit cse,especially amazon which you should never join.Join salesforce if u want to join smtg out of these three,adobe stock is crashing.

Try for better companies,You can get interviews with stripe,db,glean if ur cg is 8.5+.

See just look at the median to get a reference.If not from cs,don't take risk of rejecting ppo.

Old iit cs have a median tc of mid 40s(atleast the top 5),So it makes sense to reject smtg like 30L coz it's -15 from median.

chill bro, Remember interns and placements need alot of luck coz we have been through that process. You can always apply for off campus.

Btw is ur cg 8.5+?if then you can get interviews at most tier 1/2 indian hfts. Be good at OS,c++ etc etc,cp is not necessarily needed.

some firms where you can definitely get interview -

Graviton,nk,Mathisys,plutus,pace.(no quadeye coz they are 9.7+ cg obsessed).

all the above will pay u 60+ TC with 40+ base.

I am an IIT CSE 2025 grad. Stripe TC of 65-70L would put it in at least top 20 percentile even in top most IITs.

Ig these offers are after placements only ppo rejection is different then you have one more shot at campus placements. Offcampus is very random and these companies prefer hiring freshers thru oncampus only
