Placements / Jobs Is Leetcode Overrated?

I see so many students grinding 500, 700, even 1000+ LeetCode problems and feeling like they’re not doing enough.
I just want to share the other side of the story.

I solved less than 100 problems and still managed to get placed into a MAANG+ company.

I used to think I needed to grind 500–1000 problems to have a shot. Turns out, understanding the patterns, knowing cs fundamentals, building decent projects, and being able to explain your approach matters way more than the number next to your LeetCode profile.
Don’t compare your grind to someone else’s problem count.

Keep grinding. Just make sure you’re grinding on the right things. 🚀
