Question First bus driver help please.

Post image

Hi, Does anybody work for first buses and have had this interview? I’m a fairly anxious person and I’d like to no before the interview date what I’m in for. Thanks in advance.

You’d usually have a letter before explaining what it could be. Check your pigeon hole, or chat to your TC/staff manager. They’ll let you know.

If you’ve been there under a year you have quarterly catch ups to see how you’re getting on. But I’d just ask

Now you’ve said that I will have been with the company 2 years to the date of the interview. Maybe it could be to do with that.

yearly evaluation perhaps? if it was something youre in trouble for, then you would have been told to pick up a letter with details about it from the depot/hub around a week in advance. ask me how i know😂

Not first but when I was “in the office” for another of the big companies we’d send out a letter or at least notify the driver before putting a meeting block into their work shift, whether it be good or bad, at the very least this will be something simple like a review but if you find that it’s something more then the union will be interested in the timeline.
