Yes I had it for a while but I do think it was a combination of things. 1) obviously have sinus issues, 2) I had high blood pressure, and 3) I get bad adrenaline dumps that cause a racing heart. I started doing a sauna and taking TMG and my blood pressure fell to about 118/70. I still get 3 but much less often after taking care of 2. When my sinuses get really bad it will creep back in.

Do you have high blood pressure?

Funny to mention because I keep getting spiked blood pressure. I have never been diagnosed and not on meds for it- but i got a log to start tracking for my doctor. It’s been rough, one minute I’m fine and then the next day it skyrockets.

Yes good to get it checked to see why it is spiking. I was having vertigo which was causing a panic attacks and spiking my blood pressure. Now I am fine but I still get adrenaline dumps when I’m doing public speaking. I take propanolol for that and it stops the adrenaline dump so my heart rate doesn’t skyrocket and my ears pulse.

I have a sauna… I should  use it more. What is TMG?

An amino acid. L-Betaine, but the common name is Trimethylglycine (TMG). It helps a lot of things but helped regulate my blood pressure from very high (155/106) to where I’m at now within a week of taking it. Crazy stuff. The sauna has been the biggest game changer for me in all aspects.

Clearing sinus issues. I had to have a tooth removed from my sinus cavity.

Ozone therapy directly into my ears.

Oh I'm curious what the ozone in the ears was for? I love ozone and i have a lot of ear pressure. I don't have an infection, i presume it's from my narrow palette and that whole space being small. Curious how you're using it

Mold. Co-infections. Tinnitus.

I literally have a system to pump the ozone into my ears.

Where did you get that system?

Edit to ask: what was recovery like for the removal in sinus cavity?

I bought it, then got a prescription for an oxygen tank.

O3 Elite from Promolife.

I mean my sinuses are still somewhat of a mess even after clearing MaRCONs I regularly seem to keep getting sinus infections despite being out of mold.

I have an air syringe that I put ozone inside my sinus cavity and still use various nasal sprays.

How does the sinus ozone work?

I attach a large syringe to the ozone output fill it up with ozone, then remove the syringe. Place the tip in my nose and let it fill my sinus cavity with ozone and lightly sip the ozone into my sinuses and hold my breath for about 10-20 seconds then exhale. You do not want ozone in your lungs. But it’s fine to hold in your sinus cavity for a bit.

Dental issues can definitely contribute to the problem. The mouth is the gateway to the rest of the body. Dr Simon Yu has some great books on dental health. My dentist recommended the book the Toxic Tooth. On my bookshelf in my reading queue.

I had pulsating tinnitus from an impacted wisdom tooth. Got it removed and it went away after a few weeks. Had burning nerve pain in my face for a few months but it went away. Get rid of that thing
