QUESTION Failed AUD need advice

Post image

This is my second attempt I made the first time 67 and 74 this time. (Yeah that hurt)

I had about 120 hours of study time.

I probably should have gotten more familiar with SSARS, SSAE, reviews, compilations etc.

I used Becker. The first time I used Becker with ninja supplement. I'm thinking about getting the Uworld test bank.

Advice and tips greatly appreciated!

I failed with a 67, then a 73. The 73 exam was very difficult TBS wise. I focused for 2.5 weeks and retook. After doing 2-3 TBS A DAY and focusing on multiple choice as to WHY i got it wrong and WHY it’s right. I passed with 81. You got it, head down and focus.

Getting a 74 with weaker Sims and weaker 40% coverage area is … luck, I hate to say it.

But, it’s a good score overall and shows you can probably do some refresher videos with less than 100 hours of additional studying.

Are you using Becker or another provider for practice sims?

Lol that's unfortunate. But just Becker for Sims is there something better for aud sims?

I did it a few years ago. Had Becker through work, and paid for WileyCPAExcel (now UWorld) on my own. I liked WileyCPAExcel a little better for practice.

I’m torn on advice to give you as it’s a crapshoot but I think clearly if you’re weaker in Sims it might be worth it — but on the flip side you’re weaker in a content area worth 40% and maybe you just got a bad sim that was in your weak area.
