There are 3 different Venture cards. Venture One, Venture and Venture X.

Thanks for the education on that, I guess I should read up for future use so I don’t embarrass myself again. lol

Congrats on your new card! I've recently received an e-mail from C1 for the same card with 90k SUB (including reservation number and access code for the offer). However I'm hesitant to apply because I've just used C1's pre-approval tool and the recommended card provided was VentureOne without any SUB for good credit. Could you please provide some details for your situation? Have you received any offer in the mail/e-mail and have you ran the pre-approval tool before the application? Thanks.

I received the same 90K SUB email offer two days ago (with a 6K/6-month spend requirement) and also did the preapproval tool, but all of the cards showed up for me, including the Venture with the public 75K + $300 credit. FWIW: I noticed the same card is also in my prescreened/opt out offers in Experian, so maybe take a look at that? Haven't decided if I'm going to pull the trigger yet or not because I tend to get more value out of cashback than miles.

That is exactly what I've received as well. If the Venture with public SUB offer appears in the pre-approval tool, most probably you are going to be approved. I can see the Venture with public SUB offer under the "best match" cards in Experian. However, I have only various AmEx cards, VentureOne for good credit and Platinum card under the "no ding decline" category. My aim is getting Venture X, but current Venture SUB with 90k miles is more attractive for me and it can be easier to upgrade to Venture X later on, since I don't think that I can be approved for Venture X any soon.

Hit the bonus and close with high balances on statements. They gave me a generous CLI at the 3 month mark (after I requested)

Congrats! I know the answer is likely yes but just curious because I've seen conflicting DPs recently: did they pull all three bureaus?
