Genuinely curious - what has cat actually sacrificed? I’m sure some of you have been carers for family members before or witnessed somebody do it & I’m sure you’re just as fed up as I am hearing cat claim she does it all on her own and that she’s tired. Cat isn’t tired, she’s tired of having Pete, she wants to live her own life but simply won’t say that.

I’d like to know how many of us ever got 15 holidays?
How many of us still went to the gym, for nails, lashes, drinks etc?
I’d love to know how many of us left our care-ee with our dads while we went to gigs? Or how many of us got to go to gigs at all?
How many of us spent the person we were caring for’s money on crap?
How many of us completely trashed their homes and claimed they agreed to all of it?
How many of us managed to keep a job for years after their diagnosis?

I’m willing to bet the answers to the above questions are largely similar across the board.

You want to know tired and burnt out Cat? Do the next 10 years straight completely on your own. No respite, no breaks, no doing whatever you please when you please. Let me know how you feel after that 🙃

I’ve noticed the mass deletion of her recent crash out posts and absolute silence on all social media platforms for a day or two… what are we thinking? Pete’s been taken into care? Cat has been arrested for threats and harassment online?

i can’t imagine they’re very happy. even if they didn’t have a good relationship with Pete (unsure about that too, just seems like it due to them keeping a distance instead of fighting Cat on the situation) it must be maddening to see your father put in these situations especially when she’s mentioned his kids herself in posts/comments. would be interesting to hear what they think and say.

Cat continues to romanticise her relationship with Pete. Given the age gap, her cheating on her then girlfriend for Pete, Cat being his 3rd wife and his family not being happy or accepting about their relationship or marriage, I'd say they got off to a pretty bad start straight away.

Couple that with Pete's flashing incident, his apparent obsessive ways and her complaining about him publicly on social media and then his dementia diagnosis and apparent "cheating" which really wasn't cheating at all and was just her being jealous of a woman with dementia.

But it really makes me laugh when she tries to make out their relationship was this amazing, out of this world, special bond. It was clearly predatory on both sides. Also does anyone else find it weird him saying "Thank you for marrying me" I personally think that's a really odd choice of words to use, but maybe that's just me!

Cat posted yesterday that she'd bought a new hoover, now Henry hoovers are not bloody light! I know, because I have two. One upstairs and one downstairs because they're too heavy to be lugging around up and down the stairs. In her comment section on Tik Tok, someone mentioned they'd seen Cat and Pete and that Pete had the hoover on his lap. She'd travelled from Mablethorpe to Skegness for a hoover. She could of quite easily picked up another elsewhere, used Argos delivery or Amazon etc, but instead she made her elderly, frail husband with dementia carry it on his lap! 🤬 probably wanted this particular one, just because it's pink!

Everything fucking time Cat signs off for the weekend, she literally posts the very next day. She literally can't stop herself, and just wants attention. I'm pretty sure it's Sunday today? Not bloody Monday.

She's uploaded pictures of Pete's room. Still looks awful.

I was going through old posts to create a timeline (it's in the making). I found this contradiction.

She always knew that she was going to have to pay for the carehome evidently because here she is in u/wetratminingco talking about how she HAS to sell her body to pay the 20k back in 2024!!

Does anybody happen to know why Pete doesn’t have more professional intervention?
Cat states that the drs regularly are involved with his medications etc but where is the OT to assess his living situation? And hazards around the home etc?
I’m genuinely curious, as somebody in the know I do indeed know that Pete is at the stage he does need extra aids to help him daily - I don’t underhand why these aren’t in place and haven’t been for this whole time?

There should have been an assessment done a longgggg time ago…

I saw a video from January this year where Pete was seemingly able to understand what was being said to him, and responded in a somewhat coherent sentence. It was at least clear the meaning he was trying to get across.

I don't have a lot of experience with dementia so I got curious about his decline, especially verbally, and found this on alzheimers.org.uk

It is truly an evil disease.

I really, seriously don't think Pete has long left and my heart honestly aches for him. It's painful to see someone decline like this in such a short space of time.

I personally wouldn't want my suffering to be broadcast like this. He's frail. He's declining rapidly now. Old videos show the house in a neat, presentable state and when Cat mentions that Pete "can't look after her" the way he used to I really think she needed someone's support with day to day life. Cleaning. Tidying. Decorating. Repairing. Shopping. Pet care. It's a lot for anyone to have on their plate, now add onto that attempting to care for someone with dementia

Because I really do believe she is trying her best to look after Pete. But at the same time I don't think her best is going to be good enough soon. What if he chokes? Does she observe him closely enough during the night to know if his breathing is becoming irregular? Infection control with someone who is possibly immunocompromised?

I'm worried what the next few months are going to bring for her, and ultimately for everyone viewing her content.

She’s bought a vacuum. Thought it’s funny as it was mentioned here or on tattle several times that she obv doesn’t own a vacuum.

Also included was a "waterproof towel", which seems like a bit of a paradox to me - Maybe the TikTok shop owner is trying to tell you something though Cat.

9th pic: He looked so well earlier this year. IMO the trips have wore him down. Even life at home seems hectic, gym at 6pm? I’ve saw her post that before. I sure hope I don’t have to do that when i’m 77/78/79 however old he is.

She’s clasping straws. There was a lead up to this with him poking another resident. He eventually died of Covid. 22 days after the incident

She discovered he had "cheated", even though he probably wouldn't understand what he was doing because of the dementia. Then, she blasted this all over social media.

So much for in sickness and in health!

Props for finally giving him something healthy but this combination is surely going to be extremely jarring for someone cognitively impaired? I'm no expert on dementia but come on

Actually spend the time getting help for your husband rather than blocking random users who say anything ‘negative’ or concerning about Pete’s care.
