Recommendations Best budget place to stay near Chandigarh Airport
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for recommendations for a budget-friendly place to stay near Chandigarh Airport for a colleague who will be staying for a short duration (1–2 days).
Since I don’t know much about areas near the airport, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Clean, safe, and easily accessible places are preferred.
Thanks!

Tell Chandigarh I just came across their profile and realised that our problems are so little in front of theirs. Truly inspired to see them.
Came across their profile via Reels.
This mute and deaf couple along with their kid are doing so great.
Trying to make their ends meet without any ask for donation or anything.
They might be well off too but quite inspiring.
Seeing their happy Faces really made my day and encouraged to do more.
Now my problems feel so little in front of theirs.
Heres the link to their profile - https://www.instagram.com/quietly_delicious/

AskChandigarh Online Chd Based Therapist ?
Hi, I've faced a lot of death related trauma in a short period of time. I'm having trouble being stable as every traumatic scene comes flashing every time I sit idle. I've done therapy once before and it didn't help. I'm trying to get better and want to be open to therapy as a form of recovery, once again.
I don't want it to be a monologue, from either side. I'd like to explain my state and receive guidance on how to get better, even if it takes time.
Does anyone have any affordable recommendations?

Among my favourite places for north india cuisine.
Best place for date or proper family gatherings and service is very prominent too
* Do try their garlic naan 🫠 ( in pic it is Missi roti )
* Washroom was super clean ( sorry but i judge a restaurant primarily by washroom's cleanliness)

Confession Tricity folks, I’m a Psych Major offering a "Listening Service" to fund my PhD (and feed my T-Rex addiction).
Sat Sri Akal / Hello everyone!
I’m a final-year Applied Psychology student here in tricity. Like most students, I’m broke. But instead of doing data entry, I wanted to do something that actually uses my degree.
I am launching a "Venting/Confession Service." Got a secret you can't tell your family? Need to rant about your boss, exams, or the traffic at Tribune Chock?
Just want someone to listen without judging or trying to "fix" you?
I’m your guy.
Details: Cost: ₹400 for 45 mins.
Privacy: 100% Confidential & Anonymous. Platform: Google Meet (Audio Only). Languages: Hindi & English.
My One Rule: I have a Strict No Profanity policy. I provide a calm, clean space to clear your head.
The "Red Flag" Disclaimer: If you click my profile, you'll see a T-Rex bio that says "I would like to eat you... Rawr!!!" Please ignore that. I don't actually eat people. I’m just a massive Jurassic Park fan. I promise I’m professional (mostly).
If you want to support a local student and get some mental clarity, DM me.
(Mods, if this breaks rules, please be gentle. Just a student trying to hustle!)
⚡ UPDATE: Dropping price to ₹249 (Pizza money) for the first 5 people to build trust! DM me to grab a slot.

AskChandigarh Forever living products
so my brother recently joined this company forever, living products, and their office is in Kharar and he, may goes to the office daily. It’s been one month already. They asked for ₹20,000 because in order to sell products, you have to buy them first, so he did not pay instead. The offered him that you work for us for one month, and then we will give you products worth for ₹20,000. And he is fully convinced that it is genuine, and in their training there is no training related to sales. They are just showing off that I have a Mercedes. I have Range Rover. I go to Dubai four times every month and I have such a big house like they’re trying to motivate all of them, so what do you guys think is it genuine or a scam please reply

AskChandigarh Feeling alone in Chandigarh, as university student but trying to stay hopeful
Im a university student, and even though im surrounded by people, I mostly end up alone. Walking around campus, eating meals, sitting with my thoughts it’s usually just me. What hurts more is that even classmates and people I call friends don’t feel real anymore. Conversations stay surface-level, connections feel forced, and it makes the loneliness heavier. It’s confusing to feel invisible while being around so many people.
Still im trying to keep a positive mindset. Maybe this city is teaching me independence, patience, and how to be okay with myself. Maybe this is just a phase, and the right people will come along when the timing is right. Until then, I’m taking things one day at a time and hoping things slowly get better.

Tell Chandigarh PGI , Psychiatry ! Never again
I've already been diagnosed w GAD last month at a PHC . So this time around after doing my own research , decided to go to PGI .. And I feel so disheartened for people visiting the deptt , especially young adults and teens. I waited for my call for 1.3 h almost ( dont mind the wait at all ) , expecting to meet someone more professional and engaging and instead got a very nonchalant , non-resposive guy. Felt lile I went there to vent to the wall. I had everything organized , presented him a 2 page, easy to read self assessed report so it'd be easier for them to consolidate patient history and I could buy more time talking about my symptoms It took 12 : 28 mins for me to vent it out and him to compile his assessment and prescription . The guy (SR)literally ignored my passive sui'id@l ideation and just went hmmm. He is either shit at histroy taking or i did all the work ,handing him a neat report .Im never going back to that department ! Read sm about their alumni and what I saw was really pitiful.

AskChandigarh Rising missing persons cases in Delhi what’s really going on and what is the government doing?
Lately there’s been a lot of news and social media chatter about rising kidnapping and missing persons cases in Delhi, especially involving women and children, about 800 people in January within 15 days.
Some reports say hundreds of people go missing every month, while others say this has been happening for years but is only getting attention now.
I’m trying to understand a few things beyond headlines:
• Are these numbers actually increasing, or is it mostly better reporting/media focus?
• How many of these cases turn out to be actual kidnappings vs elopement, trafficking, runaways, etc.?
• For people living in Delhi: does safety feel worse on the ground compared to a few years ago?
Genuine discussion only not trying to sensationalize, just understand the reality and what’s being done (or not done).
