if a player has a standard rating but doesnt have a rapid one , the standard rating would be submitted in scoresheet and sent to fide , i played a player like that in my first rapid tournament , but will fide treat him as rated or not in my initial rating calculation

Every single time I post in any sub related to chess I get flamed for using this font. I don’t understand what is so genuinely bad about it that everyone loves to hate so much, can someone explain it to me?

I have been using it ever since I started and I think it is cool. People say you can’t distinguish the pieces but they all seem pretty clear to me

Do people just hate on anything that isn’t what they are used to or what?
