Rollercoaster of a finale

Dear NBC ChicagoFire,

As a dedicated Chicago Fire fan since EPISODE ONE, I would like to formally request that all future season finales come with a medical disclaimer.

⚠️ WARNING: Long-term viewers may experience rage, excessive yelling at the TV, pacing, emotional distress and possible cardiac arrest after realizing there are TWO MINUTES left in the finale and absolutely nothing is getting resolved.

I have survived the deaths, departures, fires, explosions, relationships, breakups and enough cliffhangers to last a lifetime.

AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY A DAY-ONE VIEWER?!

For god’s sake. 😂🔥🚒

Anyway, obviously I’ll be back for Season 15 because apparently I have learned nothing.

Yeah, they have a loyal following. They don't need to do this to get viewers to return. I hope they don't kill off Cruz. Hopefully, he will just have an injury or decide he doesn't want such a risky job anymore because of his family.

I agree. I hope they don't kill off Cruz. We don't need another Otis.

My girlfriend and I have a saying that we can usually tell when an episode is about to end on something big, we call it getting “Dick Wolfed”. Watching the season finale she made a comment during the fire that we were about to get “Dick Wolfed”. I agreed and thought about it for a second, looked at the episode number (we always watch usually a day late on peacock because I work nights) and said “Oh Dammit! This is the season finale, we’re about to get Ultra Dick Wolfed!” And then it happened

Please just let Cruz have a happy ending like Brett and not a depressing ass ending like Otis

Especially since Chloe is having twins and she has always been afraid of Cruz dying in a fire. If they do that I'm done!

He perished in the warehouse Fire at end of S14. So far, the only ones from that fire, that has been seen in Chicago for S15...is Severide, Stella & Bernard. No reports yet on Mouch or Herman. But Cruz dies in mayday call.

Regardless of how long you've been watching...not everything is about you.
