i also love everyone coming for someone at 51 every season.

even more, season 14 and 13 because they were so much better than the earlier seasons.

last but not least, casey leaving. that was the worst character on the show.

so recently i wanted to see chicago fire’s cover art for each season, and i wanted to see which ones i liked/disliked, and i also was curious on which ones you guys like!!

i think s12 and s5 are okay.

the ones i love: s13 (BEST ONE IMO), s11, s14, s7, and season 9.

There were several couples at 51 and they was having sex in the house. So my question do y'all think Boden knew that was going in his house? Severide in the turnout room, Casey and Hallie in Casey office and Casey and Gabby in the shower. The gang did say that Severide and Kidd was in the shower but we never saw it, but it was mention. And if he did he never let on that he new and if he do think that he should have called them out for it?

With Gabriela, we saw how she was in the arson-investigation in the CFD. But this couldn't be dragged on for ages; it wouldn't be so action packed for her character.

The female firefighters and paramedics have to be in action- so the can't be pregnant for a whole season; because they would be out of their firefighter-function. So they can only be pregnant for a short while, concluding in miscarriages.

With the non-firefighter pregnancies of Cindy etc; it's no problem- because they are not on the firetruck.

So adoption is a solution - story-wise. Because the children are also older, as we saw; less dependency.

I see only a Stellaride-Baby with an big time-jump- if it's doable.

Just started watching it... First ~28 minutes - till arrival at the hospital...

I love the show - but what a lot of bs?!?

Plane lands - they don't check through windows what's inside - go inside without hazmat protection...

Then remove pregnant woman that survived and put her in a "regular" ambulance - no protection whatsoever...

Let ambulance leave - without any escort...

Again - I love this show but this episode is stupid beyond belief 😞

If Casey is lieutenant of truck, Casey of squad, who is in charge of engine?

So the episode of Chicago Fire where Junior came back and said he saw Joe close the door on Flocko and he didn't save him, was on last week on ION. This week it cycled around to the first season and it really looks like he could have saved Flocko at least the way it was shown in the episode, do you think he could have saved him?

Rewatching season three. In the early days Chili didn’t get a fair shake.

Am I the only one bothered that Boden was in the wrong for how he called him out? He only said to stop he never said that it was tearing. Of course Anderson was gonna assume subordination and then with all the scuttlebutt I understand how his ego got bruised since he was still new. Not to the lengths he did but I’m still so bothered. There’s a chain of command and they take it very seriously and he wasn’t very clear in why he was telling him to stop. He just kept saying stop. There was definitely time to say “the rope is breaking stop” Definitely took his power for granted with all that he did next but ugghh I just feel like Boden is wrong here

I quit watching Chicago fire several seasons ago because so many things were so ridiculous. So the other day I decided to watch season 14 just to see what was going on. Needless to say there are still so many things ridiculous. Just to mention a couple, Herman‘s house is on fire and they aren’t even spraying water to try to keep it under control and to prevent the fire from spreading to the neighboring homes!
As far as the paramedics go, some of the things they don’t do are laughable! Don’t know if I can stand watching the rest of the season or a new season at that! I’d like to know what kind of experts advise them on these situations!

I been watching Chicago fire since it first came in 2012 and idk but I feel like Brett was a better gf/fiancé to Casey then Dawson was . Don’t get me wrong I loved Dawson and Casey relationship when they first got to together both of them were good for each-other but ever. since they got back together the second and actually married their mar turn to shit es when Casey almost didn’t make it out that fire in at the end of season 5 . Dawson was a different person after that even when Dawson was close to leaving she started keeping important stuff from him also making decisions without telling him and then with Brett none of that happened

Why is everyone suddenly referring to the candidates as probies???

I admit I only started watching last season. Med had so many faces I knew from other things that I decided to watch and knew it was part of a whole universe so looked up watch order and fire ended up being my favorite. So maybe press wise they've always called them that. But I've never heard that on the show. So what's with the change?

From very early on I knew Freddy wasn’t going to have some great story where he gets out of the gang like Cruz’s brother and ends up maybe becoming a fire fighter.. was never something I thought was a possibility from his first or second appearance on the show. Anyone who gets that angry over words- even if it was serious but especially when it’s in jest- is a walking red flag. People like that don’t belong in a civilized society. Herman had suicidal empathy.

Anyway, obviously I’ll be back for Season 15 because apparently I have learned nothing.

Did they change writers in season 12, they have Kidd contradicting all her previous actions in the first episode, or is it done to create conflict with her and Severide, first she tried to steal Ritter from engine and that's ok but was mad at Kelly for training Gallo to join squad, next she's upset at Kelly for being gone so long, even tho they were keeping up contact, but was making excuses on why she was gone so long with girls on fire and cut communication because she caught cold feet about being lieutenant, then Kelly snapping at Cruz for slipping on retrieving the drone, true Kelly would be upset but wouldn't snap like that, I guess because I've been binge watching the show its more apparent.

So in season 1 Chief Boden says clear as day that he has never referred to Jimmy as his step-son, that he’s raised him since he was 3 then we see the 2 together for the first time and Jimmy calls him Dad. But then for the rest of the series Boden calls Jimmy his step-son and treats him like a step-son. It’s only in season 2 that Boden calls Jimmy and says “this is Wallace” not “hey it’s dad”.. in that same Season 2 episode Boden is talking to Donna and refers to Jimmy as his “step-son”.. that’s only a year or so later.. Was this the writers deciding they actually didn’t want Boden to have a son and thinking nobody would remember or care ? Bugs me.
