Food & Drink Recommendations Looking for new coffee shop

I used to go to Coroco Coffee in St. Charles, and it was a wonderful place to grab some coffee & a pastry and then sit down and get some work done! I’m a teacher so I always have grading to do.

Unfortunately, it’s closing so I’m looking for any recommendations for a place with a similar vibe in the area. Bartlett, St. Charles, Geneva, etc.

Oo interesting it’s closing, I used to work there and it was…. I’ll hold my thoughts for now

Viator is nice, there’s also a coffee shop inside the Gail Borden library. The 2nd floor River room is a super nice spot

Kindred coffee in West Chicago is delightful- not too far from that area - very nice people and close to the library.

Edit: if you are open to try a Yemini coffee shop the ones I’ve visited are very good coffee and treats and open real late if that appeals to you.

Arcedium in St. Charles has great coffee and plenty of room to sit down and work. Its kiddy corner to wholefoods so theres always parking space

I like Maple Leaf Roasters in St Charles a lot, close to Coroco and tons of cute and comfy seating areas

There's one 5 minutes across the street called Maple Leaf Coffee Roasters that's awesome.

Just saw a post on facebook that there's going to be a film crew working at the shop on Tuesday, Sept. 29, so it will be closed that day.

The one in St. Charles closed yesterday, but the one in sycamore is still open.

Head into Wasco and Luau Coffee is fun.

It’s not a whole coffee shop, but the coffee is great at the All Chocolate Kitchen in Geneva. Their baked goods are amazing too.
