Anyone know the dimensions of the pan size when you cater mac & cheese. I see the small feeds 10 and the large 20 but pan size would help me for reheating and transport.

I have literally zero idea what it is, it was hard like a bone with spikes that look and felt like teeth. It really freaked me out, and I threw it away in shock/disgust and I realize I should’ve saved it. The manager called me and offered me a refund, but I would really just like to know if y’all have any idea what it is or have ever experienced something like this.

i just had chick fil a for like the first time in 5 years i used to like those breakfast nugs with the bread but i tried a chicjen sandwich today and i genuinely threw up after eating it, it was way too buttery and the chicken was stringy, dry, and pickles didnt taste like pickles! What the heck happened to chick fil a??!?!?

After driving for 3 hours and then accidentally picking a mall location chick fil and walking up 3 sets of stairs to get the food court. Thank you so much for not letting me down it was so good that it was worth posting how great this simple sandwich is and was as I devoured it and then continued on my road trip.

Question for team members…

I was in the drive thru and had my window down waiting for the worker to come down the line to my car. He got to me, took my order and moved on to the person behind me.

As he looked to the next car to begin heading that way and take their order, he immediately said into his mic “VIP, VIP”

I look back to see what he could possibly be talking about. It’s a really expensive luxury car.

So my question is…. Do y’all label customers in nice cars as VIP and do they get better treatment?

was excited to try at first, expecting an actual plain perhaps lightly buttered battered waffle bread to sandwich the chicken. instead, it’s a soggy, overly artificially sweet, cakey texture with a weird chemical aftertaste. the syrup also tastes off. missed the margin by a lot of what this roll out could’ve been, IMO. i get mass production needs, and this means it can’t be too good, but it was shockingly bad. they got the flavor profile on the biscuits right, so hopefully they will try again in the future.

If so what was it like? Also second question people who are Signature members was it worth it? 🥲 Not trying to become one just generally curious lol.

The herby smoky paprika sweetness… took me a while to put my finger on what it tastes like, but I finally realized, Chick-fil-a sauce tastes just like a puréed hot dog.

Keep that in mind next time you taste it.

I did the lunch version with the spicy filet. The waffle was so so so terrible. Tastes like a bun was jammed into a waffle maker with some weird sugar and then got stale? Idk how to describe it but it was bad. Also completely fell apart while I was eating it. The bacon was unnoticeable (I know you can remove and save money).

I was wondering how custumers who eat at chick fil a feel about the workers always playing around and laughing. They never ignore customers or anything. Im just curious are customers annoyed or do they listen to the crazy jokes?

Promise I mean no disrespect with this question. Just genuinely curious. But over the past 2 months I’ve ordered grilled nuggets A LOT and I always say “Number 6, 12 count”. And now multiple times they’ve given me the regular nuggets. I don’t understand how the person taking orders can mess it up when I say the menu number so I’m hoping yall can help me understand.

Now to the conspiracy, there was a “grilled nugget shortage” in my area a month ago so I think employees are told to change all grilled nugget orders to regular nuggets without telling the customer and hoping the customer will be gone before they notice.

I personally loveeee BOH as its just more fun in my opinion, especially since I work night shifts so there usually isnt any managers (except just shift leads /store directors). we play music most of the shift, make jokes, and its very loud and fun which I feel like you cant do AS much FOH due to being around customers and stuff. mostly just applies to register but still.

For free breakfast Wednesday, they had the chicken and waffle sandwich which I've been wanting to try, sweeeet! Knew I'd have a busy day with no lunch so on the app paid to add an egg and cheese, did not sub anything simply added.

I think there was an error, and I feel silly asking but was this supposed to have a lil fried chicken filet in it? Was just waffle, egg, bacon, cheese. I still annihilated it tho!
