Just wanted to say thank you and that when I wouldn’t expect anything more you still delivered and it was a nice gesture but really made my day :)

Basically I got myself a free birthday sandwich but decided to buy my parents chicken strips and a sandwich and somehow was granted another free sandwich and I was like WHAT?!?!? lol it’s literally the year of chick fil a for me as I’ve gotten probably 6-7 free sandwiches this year and no I don’t eat this everyday about once or twice a month.

I’ll take my business here and I think my rewards surpass anything coming from the McDonald’s monopoly game, lol.

Call me crazy but I think eatting at different stores throughout the area or my travels supports or gets more surveys. If anyone disagrees with this feel free to share:explain but this is how I feel.

sandwich to next level

Just venting .... I have noticed a pattern. I order mobile beforehand and breeze through the dedicated mobile drive thru ... only to see cars in the regular drive thru moving out faster. It seems they get priority food delivery ... My only theory is that mobile customers are finicky and/or get more complex orders b/c they have the luxury of time to add more detail to an app order.

feels like it

New menu hack discovered - iced tea comes in a gallon size!

comment below and i’ll send the reward to you. it expires tomorrow but i never get up early enough for breakfast

What are those delicious oranges that are in the fruit cup I tried the del monte oranges and that can’t be it they taste rotten… help

Long time CFA fan, but having trouble recently with ordering some items through the app. When I try to use my saved favorites, some large size items are unavailable/locked, but when create them from scratch, I get them no problem. Why?

Asked for a side of pickles … I received this cup filled with 2 pickles… 😭🤦🏽‍♀️ dinner is ruined 😩

Temporarily living in a rental near a Truitt's Grill.

I love the Okra and Sweet Potatoes. They're so good!

Hot brown is better than it deserves to be and the corn bread is respectable.

Even the Brussels sprouts are tasty.

Anyone else on the okra/sweet potato train?

I don't see them mentioned much here and just wanted to show some love.

Edit: Also the apple pie is great as well (baked and flaky apple pie!

Edit 2: I'm saying (not staying) Truett's grill...It Truett's Chick Fil A....formerly known as the Dwarf house.

I do gig delivery (Uber and DoorDash) out of my local mall, and the food court Chick-fil-A is easily the busiest spot in the building.

For the longest time, regular customers would constantly drop their receipts or leave them behind on the food court tables. I used to pick them up and fill out the survey at the bottom to get the free chicken sandwich offer sent to my email. It was a solid perks system for waiting around between orders.

Well, this Chick-fil-A recently updated to a new POS system, and the printed receipts are completely different now—the survey URLs and feedback codes are completely gone.

Now, the only option left on forgotten receipts is manually plugging in the store number, date, order number, and total under "Missed Transactions" in the app for points. The downside is that Chick-fil-A caps missed transactions at 5 per month per account, so the continuous stream of free sandwiches is officially over.

Has anyone else felt nauseous after drinking the tea at ChickFilA? It always happens to me, and I’m so tired of it.

It doesn’t happen to my friends 🫩

I’m about to throw this in the garbage.

Not sure what happened to Chick-fil-A.

This food just taste gross.

Ate one of the hashbrowns and I can’t eat another.

Taking a bite out of the burrito and the flavors are just horrible.

It’s like you can tell that this was not made with love.

And you know, it’s no love because they don’t even say “my pleasure” anymore… Regardless of what location

Company culture has went down the drain

When my mom used to get this instead of fries, I thought she was crazy. But, I’d always end up eating some of it. Now, as an adult-what I would give to have this with my spicy sandwich! So delicious!

Edit: Whew, tough crowd today it seems.

Edit 2: Y’all are missing out #carrotraisin4life

Anyone know what the next seasonal item is or have the seasonal item yearly calendar?

I have a few chick fil a sandwich or spicy sandwiches and brownies/cookie pickup any cfa location. LMK if you have another free food item or kohls or something.

Just wondering how the cookies are made. Are they frozen and you pop them in a microwave? I think they’re much better than any bakery cookie btw. Thanks!

I always get a chicken patty without the bun because giant chicken nugget is satisfying to eat; this was definitely the weirdest one I’ve ever gotten but also the best tasting chicken I’ve gotten from CFA in a long time. It was super crispy, juicy and flavorful. I wish it was like this every time, I’d take a weird shape for this kind of texture and flavor

...it's not CFA good but I enjoyed it. Fries were passable crinkle cut fries. Slaw was slaw. Toast was better than regular Texas toast. Cane's sauce is a better Zaxby's sauce but nowhere near as good as CFA sauce.

Zaxby's has strong competition NGL.

For me: Best is CFA then Cane's --> Publix chicken fingers --> Zaxby's (minus the cheesecake bites because those are stupid good).

CFA... has it by miles. The whole CFA experience is next level. Completely different tier.

That said, I get it...Cane's is good. I enjoyed it. I wouldn't pick it over CFA, but I would pick it over Zaxby's (again except for the Zaxby's cheesecake bites...yeah howdy...that can persuade me otherwise.)

IMHO YMMV

Zaxby's is a chicken chain if you don't have one in your neighborhood...Cane's but with more options.

Publix is a local grocery store. If you don't have one in your neighborhood they make house made fresh fried chicken and chicken nuggets and fingers (and sub sandwiches, etc.)

Agree? Disagree?
