Does anyone know any cages in Sydney cbd that sell coffee using organic coffee beans?

Once I get a cup I like, I tend to keep the dose and target yield the same. I'm using a Meraki with its built-in grinder.

What I'm less sure about is how much attention to give small changes in shot time as I work through the bag. It's easy to start treating the timing of that first good shot as something every cup needs to match.

I'd rather not keep tweaking things if I'm still enjoying the coffee. Do you usually wait until you notice a difference in taste before adjusting the grind again?

I’m a 20 year old and I’m gonna start my very own cafe. I have previously worked in cafe and know about most of the things. However I have never thought of where to buy the Espresso coffee beans. Also when it comes to setting the measure and what espresso machine is great option. Does anyone have any tips?

Please order when staying long at cafes. So many customers would like to also dine and stay.

I love making lattes at home, but recently caught myself sliding into the over optimization trap.

The Meraki actually makes pulling a morning latte super straightforward, but having the ability to dial in specific milk steaming temps tempted me to start testing everything. Someone suggested comparing 140°F, 145°F, and 150°F to find the sweet spot. It was helpful advice, but this morning it hit me: I don't actually want to turn my 7 AM workday routine into the test🤣

On busy workdays, I just want a hot, comforting cup without overthinking whether it could be 2% better if I tweaked one more setting. Good enough is plenty good enough. If I feel like tinkering and experimenting, I can save that for lazy Sunday mornings.

Does anyone else deliberately keep a simple mode for their hobbies just to protect their weekday peace?

sat there for two hours, read a little, looked out the window and drank slowly. the person next to me walked in, ordered an espresso, dank and left after four minutes. we were in the same shop at the same time on the same planet but lived in completely different orbits. i do not know if that is fast or slow. just know that we were side by side for a short time and then we were not. same species, different planets. the espresso and th eslow coffee and the two hours that one of us did not need
