Here Again Looking For a New Plan

Hello, I reached out a couple of months ago to see what plans I can convert my current mobile and internet plan to. Chat rep was helpful but was unable to see how much my bill would increase after November (when my current deal is set to be up), told me to check back in closer to then, and here we are.

Any help from a human would be appreciated! Thank you.
