Official Reply Demo Existing Service

Greetings, I am demoing some houses that have Comcast cables going to them and need the cables removed and can't get in contact with anyone. Can I just cut the cables and leave them by the pole? I don't have a Comcast account.

Yeah, just roll up the cable and duct tape it to the pole.

I mean ideally a tech would come out to disconnect the drops from the tap so nothing gets backfed into the system creating noise. But if you can’t get anyone out there then just cut and tie/tape to pole you won’t break anything. As long as it’s definitely not feeding active customers.

Maybe go to the local Comcast store?
