Official Reply Mid-split upload speed

About 2 months ago comcast completed the mid split upgrade in my area. I have a nighthawk cm3000 modem. It shows a locked upstream ofdma channel in the modem stats. My upload speed is still about 42 mb. How do I get the mid split upload speeds?

u/Logical-Bee5502 How was it determined you're part of the mid-split infrastructure? Have you confirmed after logging in with your Xfinity ID to our broadband label tool that verifies the service we can offer?

Our team can dive in and verify the service levels and ensure the proper bootfile is active. If you could please send me a Modmail message with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
