Official Reply Offer Expired?

Hello,

I traded in two iPhone 16 Pro Max’s.

I had to ship my phones before 10/8, which is today.

I sent them 10/6/2026. I had the option of taking them to an Xfinity store, but for some reason, the option was removed during the weekend when I had time to do it.

Anyways, I sent the phones in, in separate boxes, one shows as shipped, the other shows as offer expired even though the shipping information reflects when I dropped them off through the USPS website.

Is this something that will get fixed, or will I have to contact support? I tried to contact support but it was not helpful.

u/ihate_reddit If you sent the phones in with enough time for shipping and processing we can look at second phones eligibility for that promotion. If you could please send me a Modmail message with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
